Tier codes are not unique across platforms (e.g., "essential" exists for
OMS, marketplace, and loyalty). Using tier_code caused feature limits to
be saved to the wrong tier. Switched to tier_id (unique PK) in routes,
service, and frontend JS. Added comprehensive unit and integration tests
including cross-platform isolation regression tests.

0b37274140 fix(subscriptions): fix subscription UI and API after store→merchant migration
Store detail page now shows all platform subscriptions instead of always
"No Subscription Found". Subscriptions listing page renamed from Store
to Merchant throughout (template, JS, menu, i18n) with Platform column
added. Tiers API supports platform_id filtering.

Merchant detail page no longer hardcodes 'oms' platform — loads all
platforms, shows subscription cards per platform with labels, and the
Create Subscription modal includes a platform selector with
platform-filtered tiers. Create button always accessible in Quick Actions.

Edit modal on /admin/subscriptions loads tiers from API filtered by
platform instead of hardcoded options, sends tier_code (not tier) to
match PATCH schema, and shows platform context.

1db7e8a087 feat(billing): migrate frontend templates to feature provider system
Replace hardcoded subscription fields (orders_limit, products_limit,
team_members_limit) across 5 frontend pages with dynamic feature
provider APIs. Add admin convenience endpoint for store subscription
lookup. Remove legacy stubs (StoreSubscription, FeatureCode, Feature,
TIER_LIMITS, FeatureInfo, FeatureUpgradeInfo) and schema aliases.

Pages updated:
- Admin subscriptions: dynamic feature overrides editor
- Admin tiers: correct feature catalog/limits API URLs
- Store billing: usage metrics from /store/billing/usage
- Merchant subscription detail: tier.feature_limits rendering
- Admin store detail: new GET /admin/subscriptions/store/{id} endpoint

- Inventory: inventory.js (admin & vendor)
- Customers: customers.js, users.js, user-*.js

  settings, components, init-alpine, module-config
