Updated alertmanager SMTP placeholders, hetzner setup guide (Step 19.5), and environment reference to recommend SendGrid as the primary email provider. Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, node-exporter, cAdvisor in docker-compose; /metrics endpoint activated via prometheus_client.
