7a9dda282d refactor(scripts): reorganize scripts/ into seed/ and validate/ subfolders 
Move 9 init/seed scripts into scripts/seed/ and 7 validation scripts
(+ validators/ subfolder) into scripts/validate/ to reduce clutter in
the root scripts/ directory. Update all references across Makefile,
CI/CD configs, pre-commit hooks, docs (~40 files), and Python imports.

ff5b395cdd feat: add Sentry, Cloudflare R2, and CloudFlare CDN integrations 
Production quick wins for improved observability and scalability:

Sentry Error Tracking:
- Add sentry-sdk[fastapi] dependency
- Initialize Sentry in main.py with FastAPI/SQLAlchemy integrations
- Add Celery integration for background task error tracking
- Feature-flagged via SENTRY_DSN (disabled when empty)

Cloudflare R2 Storage:
- Add boto3 dependency for S3-compatible API
- Create storage_service.py with StorageBackend abstraction
- LocalStorageBackend for development (default)
- R2StorageBackend for production cloud storage
- Feature-flagged via STORAGE_BACKEND setting

CloudFlare CDN/Proxy:
- Create middleware/cloudflare.py for CF header handling
- Extract real client IP from CF-Connecting-IP
- Support CF-IPCountry for geo features
- Feature-flagged via CLOUDFLARE_ENABLED setting

Documentation:
- Add docs/deployment/cloudflare.md setup guide
- Update infrastructure.md with dev vs prod requirements
- Add enterprise upgrade checklist for scaling beyond 1000 users
- Update installation.md with new environment variables

All features are optional and disabled by default for development.

12b79c1ff0 docs: update infrastructure docs to reflect Celery/Redis implementation 
- Update "Current State" table: Celery, Beat, Flower, Redis now production-ready
- Update "What We Need to Add": removed Celery/Redis, added S3 and Sentry as priorities
- Add Celery commands section to development environment
- Update services table with Redis, Celery, Flower ports
- Update Docker Compose services section with all Celery services
- Update Migration Path: Phase 1 & 2 marked as COMPLETE
- Update Next Steps: focus on S3, Sentry, CloudFlare
- Fix Celery app path in systemd services (app.core.celery_config)
- Add Flower systemd service configuration
- Add queue flags to Celery worker command

3614d448e4 chore: PostgreSQL migration compatibility and infrastructure improvements 
Database & Migrations:
- Update all Alembic migrations for PostgreSQL compatibility
- Remove SQLite-specific syntax (AUTOINCREMENT, etc.)
- Add database utility helpers for PostgreSQL operations
- Fix services to use PostgreSQL-compatible queries

Documentation:
- Add comprehensive Docker deployment guide
- Add production deployment documentation
- Add infrastructure architecture documentation
- Update database setup guide for PostgreSQL-only
- Expand troubleshooting guide

Architecture & Validation:
- Add migration.yaml rules for SQL compatibility checking
- Enhance validate_architecture.py with migration validation
- Update architecture rules to validate Alembic migrations

Development:
- Fix duplicate install-all target in Makefile
- Add Celery/Redis validation to install.py script
- Add docker-compose.test.yml for CI testing
- Add squash_migrations.py utility script
- Update tests for PostgreSQL compatibility
- Improve test fixtures in conftest.py
