1bade6e6b2 fix(storefront): broken Alpine x-text from |tojson inside double-quoted attribute

Dashboard unread-messages count crashed Alpine with
"expected expression, got '}'" because I emitted Jinja {{ _(...) | tojson }}
directly inside x-text="..." — the JSON's double quotes broke out of the
attribute, leaving Alpine to parse a malformed expression.

The messages card has its own nested x-data="{ unreadCount: 0 }" scope,
so the parent component's i18n property isn't reachable. Moved the
singular/plural strings onto window.__accountDashboardI18n (added next
to logoutSuccess/logoutFailed) and referenced them by global path from
x-text — no quoting collision and the nested scope sees window fine.

Other touched templates (login/register/forgot/reset-password) already
use x-data='...' (single-quoted outer attribute) for their |tojson
language-selector args, so this collision only existed in dashboard.

10a99f98fe fix(storefront): i18n sweep + locale-aware reset-password and welcome email

Test 5 (storefront password reset + customer dashboard) surfaced five
issues that all traced back to missing i18n plumbing:

- Forgot-password email arrived in EN regardless of storefront locale —
handler now prefers request.state.language over customer.preferred_language,
and loyalty self-enrollment backfills preferred_language for new + returning
customers so future locale-sensitive flows hit the right language without
  being told twice.
- reset-password.html rendered "undefined" icon boxes because $icon magic
wasn't loaded in the standalone page — replaced with inline SVGs matching
  the forgot-password.html convention.
- reset-password.html was hardcoded English: added lang attr, full _()
sweep (22 new auth.* keys × 4 locales), language selector, and JS
  validation strings exposed via tojson.
- "Continue shopping" CTA renamed to "Back to Home" (auth.back_to_home,
4 locales) on login + forgot + reset — loyalty storefronts have no
catalog to continue to, mirroring the earlier enroll-success rename.
- /account dashboard, profile, addresses were hardcoded English in the
body (menu was FR because base layout uses _()). New customers.storefront
  .pages.{dashboard,profile,addresses}.* namespace (~80 keys × 4 locales),
templates updated, Alpine JS strings injected via window.__*I18n.

18 files, 18 changed; arch validation: 126 warnings before = 126 after,
mkdocs --strict clean.

478c3a9c50 fix(storefront-auth): forgot/reset password accept JSON body, not query
Some checks failed

CI / docs (push) Has been cancelled

POST /api/v1/storefront/auth/forgot-password and .../reset-password were
both declared with bare `email: str` / `reset_token: str, new_password: str`
parameters. FastAPI treats unannotated str params as query parameters, so
the frontend's JSON body was ignored and the endpoint 422'd with
"missing query parameter 'email'". The docstrings on both endpoints
already said "Request Body" — intent was clear, implementation drifted.

Add two new Pydantic body schemas in tenancy/schemas/auth.py:
PasswordResetRequest { email: str } (forgot)
  PasswordResetConfirm { reset_token: str, new_password: str } (reset)

Re-export from tenancy/schemas/__init__.py, import in
customers/routes/api/storefront.py, and switch both endpoint signatures
to take `body: <Schema>`. Internal usage reads body.email / body.reset_token
/ body.new_password.

Surfaced during Test 5 when user clicked "forgot password" on the customer
storefront login page to set a password for the first time after a
self-enrollment flow.

78e098d4da fix(static-assets): also cache-bust raw /static/ refs (fonts CSS, store JS)
All checks were successful
CI / ruff (push) Successful in 15s
CI / pytest (push) Successful in 2h47m7s
CI / validate (push) Successful in 33s
CI / dependency-scanning (push) Successful in 36s
CI / docs (push) Successful in 59s
CI / deploy (push) Successful in 1m53s
The initial codemod only converted url_for('*_static', path='*.js'|'*.css')
patterns and missed 19 raw /static/... references — most importantly the
shared/fonts/inter.css link in all four base.html files, plus a handful
of <script src="/static/modules/..."> tags in marketplace/billing/orders
templates and the storefront login/register/forgot/reset pages.

Result: deploys now flip ?v=<sha> on every JS/CSS asset that reaches the
browser, not just the ones loaded via url_for().

FE-024 rule extended to flag src="/static/...*.(js|css)" patterns too.

54247ca4f0 feat(static-assets): cache-bust JS/CSS via ?v=<commit-sha>, immutable in prod
All checks were successful

CI / validate (push) Successful in 33s

CI / deploy (push) Successful in 1m15s
Adds a `static_v(request, name, path=...)` Jinja helper that appends
?v=<commit-sha> from app.core.build_info, plus a CachedStaticFiles
subclass that serves Cache-Control: public, max-age=31536000, immutable
in production and no-cache in development. Browsers refetch JS/CSS
automatically on every deploy without the user having to hard-reload.

- New: app/core/static_files.py (CachedStaticFiles)
- Updated: app/templates_config.py (static_v helper)
- Updated: main.py (use CachedStaticFiles for *_static mounts)
- Codemod: 143 url_for('*_static', path='*.js'|'*.css') → static_v(...)
across 123 templates. Images/fonts/JSON locales intentionally
  unchanged (out of scope).
- Arch rule: FE-024 (warning) flags raw url_for on JS/CSS to prevent
drift. Note: FE-008 was already taken by the number_stepper rule.
- docs/proposals/static-asset-cache-busting.md marked Done.

Closes plan from docs/proposals/static-asset-cache-busting.md.

Storefront homepage & module gating:
- CMS owns storefront GET / (slug="home" with 3-tier resolution)
- Catalog loses GET / (keeps /products only)
- Store root redirect (GET / → /store/dashboard or /store/login)
- Route gating: non-core modules return 404 when disabled for platform
- Seed store default homepages per platform

Widget protocol for customer dashboard:
- StorefrontDashboardCard contract in widgets.py
- Widget aggregator get_storefront_dashboard_cards()
- Orders and Loyalty module widget providers
- Dashboard template renders contributed cards (no module names)

Landing template module-agnostic:
- CTAs driven by storefront_nav (not hardcoded module names)
- Header actions check nav item IDs (not enabled_modules)
- Remove hardcoded "Add Product" sidebar button
- Remove all enabled_modules checks from storefront templates

i18n fixes:
- Title placeholder resolution ({{store_name}}) for store default pages
- Storefront nav label_keys prefixed with module code
- Add storefront.account.* keys to 6 modules (en/fr/de/lb)
- Header/footer CMS pages use get_translated_title(current_language)
- Footer labels use i18n keys instead of hardcoded English

Icon cleanup:
- Standardize on map-pin (remove location-marker alias)
- Replace all location-marker references across templates and docs

Docs:
- Storefront builder vision proposal (6 phases)

Phase 1 of the loyalty production launch plan: config & security
hardening, dropped-data fix, DB integrity guards, rate limiting, and
constant-time auth compare. 362 tests pass.

- 1.4 Persist customer birth_date (new column + migration). Enrollment
form was collecting it but the value was silently dropped because
create_customer_for_enrollment never received it. Backfills existing
  customers without overwriting.
- 1.1 LOYALTY_GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON validated at startup (file
must exist and be readable; ~ expanded). Adds is_google_wallet_enabled
and is_apple_wallet_enabled derived flags. Prod path documented as
  ~/apps/orion/google-wallet-sa.json.
- 1.5 CHECK constraints on loyalty_cards (points_balance, stamp_count
  non-negative) and loyalty_programs (min_purchase, points_per_euro,
  welcome_bonus non-negative; stamps_target >= 1). Mirrored as
CheckConstraint in models. Pre-flight scan showed zero violations.
- 1.3 @rate_limit on store mutating endpoints: stamp 60/min,
  redeem/points-earn 30-60/min, void/adjust 20/min, pin unlock 10/min.
- 1.2 Constant-time hmac.compare_digest for Apple Wallet auth token
(pulled forward from Phase 9 — code is safe whenever Apple ships).

See app/modules/loyalty/docs/production-launch-plan.md for the full
launch plan and remaining phases.

9bceeaac9c feat(arch): implement soft delete for business-critical models
Adds SoftDeleteMixin (deleted_at + deleted_by_id) with automatic query
filtering via do_orm_execute event. Soft-deleted records are invisible
by default; bypass with execution_options={"include_deleted": True}.

Models: User, Merchant, Store, StoreUser, Customer, Order, Product,
LoyaltyProgram, LoyaltyCard.

Infrastructure:
- SoftDeleteMixin in models/database/base.py
- Auto query filter registered on SessionLocal and test sessions
- soft_delete(), restore(), soft_delete_cascade() in app/core/soft_delete.py
- Alembic migration adding columns to 9 tables
- Partial unique indexes on users.email/username, stores.store_code/subdomain

Service changes:
- admin_service: delete_user, delete_store → soft_delete/soft_delete_cascade
- merchant_service: delete_merchant → soft_delete_cascade (stores→children)
- store_team_service: remove_team_member → soft_delete (fixes is_active bug)
- product_service: delete_product → soft_delete
- program_service: delete_program → soft_delete_cascade

Admin API:
- include_deleted/only_deleted query params on admin list endpoints
- PUT restore endpoints for users, merchants, stores

Tests: 9 unit tests for soft-delete infrastructure.
Docs: docs/backend/soft-delete.md + follow-up proposals.

All route files (admin.py, store.py) now export `router` instead of
`admin_router`/`store_router`. Consumer code (definition.py, __init__.py)
imports as `router as admin_router` where distinction is needed.

pre-existing raw dict endpoints now visible with standardized router name.

Double-mount store routes at /store/* and /store/{store_code}/* so the
same handlers work in dev path-based, prod path-based, prod subdomain,
and prod custom-domain modes. Wire StorePlatform.custom_subdomain into
StoreContextMiddleware for per-platform subdomain overrides. Add admin
custom-domain management UI, fix stale /shop/ reset link, add
/merchants/ to reserved paths, and server-render window.STORE_CODE for
JS that previously parsed the URL.

32acc76b49 feat: platform-aware storefront routing and billing improvements
Overhaul storefront URL routing to be platform-aware:
- Dev: /platforms/{code}/storefront/{store_code}/
- Prod: subdomain.platform.lu/ (internally rewritten to /storefront/)
- Add subdomain detection in PlatformContextMiddleware
- Add /storefront/ path rewrite for prod mode (subdomain/custom domain)
- Remove all silent platform fallbacks (platform_id=1)
- Add require_platform dependency for clean endpoint validation
- Update route registration, templates, module definitions, base_url calc
- Update StoreContextMiddleware for /storefront/ path detection
- Remove /stores/ from FrontendDetector STOREFRONT_PATH_PREFIXES

ff852f1ab3 fix: use metrics provider pattern for merchant dashboard stats
The merchant dashboard was showing subscription count as "Total Stores".
Add get_merchant_metrics() to MetricsProviderProtocol and implement it
in tenancy, billing, and customer providers. Dashboard now fetches real
stats from a new /merchants/core/dashboard/stats endpoint and displays
4 cards: active subscriptions, total stores, customers, team members.

2c710ad416 feat: storefront subscription access guard + module-driven nav + URL rename
Add StorefrontAccessMiddleware that blocks storefront access for stores
without an active subscription, returning a multilingual unavailable page
(en/fr/de/lb) for page requests and JSON 403 for API requests. Multi-platform
aware: resolves subscription for detected platform with fallback to primary.

Also includes yesterday's session work:
- Module-driven storefront navigation via FrontendType.STOREFRONT menu declarations
- shop/ → storefront/ URL rename across 30+ templates
- Subscription context (tier_code) passed to storefront templates

- Use plain # CODE comments instead of # noqa: CODE for custom rules

Phase 2 - Billing module (5 route files):
- Move _resolve_store_to_merchant to subscription_service
- Move tier/feature queries to feature_service, admin_subscription_service
- Extract 22 inline Pydantic schemas to billing/schemas/billing.py
- Replace all HTTPException with domain exceptions

Phase 3 - Loyalty module (4 routes + points_service):

c3d26e9aa4 refactor(migrations): squash 75 migrations into 12 per-module initial migrations
The old migration chain was broken (downgrade path through vendor->merchant
rename made rollbacks impossible). This squashes everything into fresh
per-module migrations with zero schema drift, verified by autogenerate.

Changes:
- Replace 75 accumulated migrations with 12 per-module initial migrations
(core, billing, catalog, marketplace, cms, customers, orders, inventory,
cart, messaging, loyalty, dev_tools) in a linear chain
- Fix make db-reset to use SQL DROP SCHEMA instead of alembic downgrade base
- Enable migration autodiscovery for all modules (migrations_path in definitions)
- Rewrite alembic/env.py to import all 75 model tables across 13 modules
- Fix AdminNotification import (was incorrectly from tenancy, now from messaging)
- Update squash_migrations.py to handle all module migration directories

dad02695f6 fix(i18n): add missing menu translations and fix admin language resolution
Two issues caused the admin sidebar to show a mix of French and English:

1. Only 3 of 14 modules had "menu" translations in their locale files.
When a key was missing, _translate_label() fell back to English Title
Case from the key name — mixing with French from modules that had
translations. Added menu sections to all 4 languages (en, fr, de, lb)
   across 13 modules.

2. The language middleware hardcoded admin to "en" ignoring user preference,
while the menu API fell back to DEFAULT_LANGUAGE ("fr") when
preferred_language was NULL. Fixed middleware to respect user's
preferred_language and menu API to use middleware-resolved language
   as fallback.
