Samir Boulahtit 1f3042547b fix: correct billing history sidebar page_id for menu highlight ...

The page_id was 'billing' but the URL /merchants/billing/invoices
yields currentPage='invoices' from the last URL segment. Change
page_id to 'invoices' so the highlight matches.
