Follows architecture rule: Pydantic schemas belong in models/schema/

- Moved LetzshopExportRequest to models/schema/vendor.py
- Added LetzshopExportFileInfo and LetzshopExportResponse schemas
- Updated API endpoint to use proper response_model
- Removed inline BaseModel import from API file
